Level 1: Toddler Foundations
Age Group: 18 Months – 3 Years Focus: Water Confidence & Survival Skills
At this stage, we turn natural curiosity into safety. We use a gentle, encouraging approach to ensure your toddler feels secure in the water.
Key Milestones:
Safe entry and exit using the pool steps.
The "Turn and Reach" survival method (returning to the wall).
Blowing bubbles and comfortable breath control.
Developing "water smarts" and pool edge awareness.
Level 2: Preschool Mastery
Age Group: 3 – 5 Years Focus: Independence & Early Technique
As children grow, we move toward independent movement. We focus on building the strength and coordination needed to swim without aids.
Key Milestones:
Floating independently on front and back.
Mastering the "Rocket Ship" (streamline) body position.
Strong, consistent kicking from the hips.
Introduction to basic Freestyle arms and "big bubbles" breathing.
Level 3: School-Age Excellence
Age Group: 5+ Years Focus: Stroke Correction & Endurance
For older children, we refine their technique to make them efficient and powerful. This level is perfect for children preparing for school swimming carnivals.
Key Milestones:
Technical correction for Freestyle and Backstroke.
Introduction to Breaststroke and Butterfly movements.
Building endurance to swim multiple laps of your home pool.
Advanced skills: Treading water, dive starts, and tumble turns.
